One day I saw a man put a yellow bicycle on a lamp post and it was zipped tied to it.

I said,” What are you doing?”

He said,” I am putting this bike for someone that needs it.”

I said,” Why?”

He said,” Some people don’t have fancy cars or any way they can be transported.”

I said,” But what if they are stealing a kid’s bike and the only people that would take it would be teenagers.”

He said “ True True True… But if I put a sign on it saying (take this bike). Is this better? For you?”

  1. Cameron,
Your story does not seem so far-fetched to me as my daughter once found herself (in real life) in a foreign country and in need of transportation. She found a bike that had been left with no owner. She used it for the time she was in that country, and when she was ready to leave, she left the bicycle just as she had found it. Keep writing.
